Job SummaryA Waiter/Waitress in a Michelin-starred restaurant is responsible for delivering an unparalleled fine dining experience with precision, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail. This role requires a deep understanding of high-end service etiquette, menu knowledge, and the ability to anticipate guest needs. The Waiter/Waitress works closely with the kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service while upholding the restaurant's Michelin-star standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Fine Dining Service & Guest Experience

  • Provides an exceptional and personalized dining experience, maintaining Michelin-star service standards.
  • Guides guests through the menu with expert knowledge of dishes, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
  • Recommends wine pairings and beverages in collaboration with the sommelier.
  • Ensures precise table settings, silverware placement, and overall dining ambiance.
  • Anticipates guest needs, responding promptly and courteously to special requests.
  • Manages multiple tables while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
2. Michelin-Starred Standards & Etiquette
  • Follows strict fine dining protocols, including synchronized service and multi-course meal coordination.
  • Maintains a professional and polished demeanor at all times.
  • Demonstrates impeccable table service techniques, including French, Russian, or Gueridon service when required.
  • Upholds a discreet and refined approach to guest interactions.
3. Order Management & Coordination
  • Takes and relays accurate orders to the kitchen with precise modifications when necessary.
  • Ensures courses are served in a timely manner, coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Monitors guest progress through their meal and adjusts service pace accordingly.
  • Handles special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergy concerns with meticulous care.
4. Team Collaboration & Communication
  • Works closely with chefs, sommeliers, and management to maintain seamless service flow.
  • Communicates effectively with the support staff to ensure tables remain clean and well-maintained.
  • Assists fellow team members when needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
5. Cleanliness, Setup, & Organization
  • Prepares the dining area before service, ensuring immaculate table settings and a refined ambiance.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the station, following health and hygiene regulations.
  • Resets tables promptly after guests depart while preserving the restaurant's meticulous presentation.
