Title Microsoft M365 SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Microsoft M365 Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform. This role involves managing, configuring, and supporting M365 environments to ensure optimal performance and security.Key Responsibilities:Administration and SupportManage and support M365 services, including user account management, license assignment, and troubleshooting.Configuration and DeploymentConfigure and deploy M365 applications and services to meet business requirements.Security and ComplianceImplement and manage security policies, compliance settings, and data protection measures.Collaboration ToolsSupport and enhance collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.IntegrationIntegrate M365 services with other business applications and systems.Monitoring and ReportingMonitor system performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.Incident ManagementRespond to and resolve incidents related to M365 services in a timely manner.EducationBachelorxe2x80x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 services.CertificationsRelevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are preferred.Skills

• Proficiency in M365 administration and configuration.
• Strong understanding of M365 security and compliance features.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and related services.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
