Johannesburg - GautengMICROSOFT & MIS DEVELOPERJOHANNESBURGSALARY MARKET RELATEDDURATION: 12 MONTHS FIXED-TERM CONTRACTDEPARTMENT: INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGYREPORTS TO: CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICERRelevant Experience and Skills required:
- Knowledge of Microsoft programming languages for data analysis (Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Power
- Automate).
- Experience of creating MIS data warehouse schemas and ETL processes.
- Ability to convey business information in an easily understandable format.
- C#, Power Apps, Python or similar programming experience.
- Relevant qualification e.g.:
- Certification in BI technologies or data analytics
- Computer Science / Data Science diploma or degree
- Or/and relevant job experience
- Analyse system data and create schemas on the Data Warehouse.
- Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL).
- Converts data into valuable insights, aiding organisation in making well-informed choices.
- Develop reports identified and requested by business users.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices
