JOB PURPOSEWe are seeking a talented Power Automate Developer to join our team and help build out enterprise-level automations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Power Automate (formerly known as Microsoft Flow) and experience working on complex automation projects within an enterprise environment.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsibilities:Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design automation workflows that streamline business processes.Integrate Power Automate workflows with other Microsoft applications (such as SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, etc.) and third-party platforms as needed.Troubleshoot and debug automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance.Optimize existing workflows for efficiency and performance.Build ChatBots and Google Apps Scripts upon request.Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience developing automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.Strong understanding of Power Automate connectors, actions, expressions, and data operations.Experience integrating Power Automate with other Microsoft applications and third-party platforms.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript or PowerShell is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Power Automate certification(s) is a plus.Experience with UiPath, Power Apps, Power BI, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools is desirable.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) or similarEXPERIENCEMinimum 2-3 years in an Automation Developer roleMinimum 1-2 years in a Microsoft Power Platform Developer role.KEY KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSMicrosoft Power Automate Cloud & DesktopAutomationGoogle Apps ScriptProcesses and workflowsSharepoint OnlineAnalysis & Support of Power Platform outputsCan function within an SDLCEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Up to 20%Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
