Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coach agile teams in Agile values and practices
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Identify and remove impediments, fostering continuous improvement
- Facilitate conflict resolution and empower team self-organization
- Establish and mobilize new Agile teams, implementing lean-agile governance
- Coach struggling Agile teams, tailoring approaches to complex environments
- Collaborate with Agile practitioners to enhance overall Agile maturity
- Foster a growth mindset through knowledge sharing and development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 4-7 years of experience in software development teams
- Relevant Agile and Scrum Master certifications
- Coaching and mentoring
- Change management
- Organizational development
- Negotiation and conflict resolution
- Process improvement
- Facilitation
- Independent and team-oriented work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
