Your goal will be to deliver outstanding work while nurturing professional relationships.You will join the Marketing division which offers services such as graphic design, copywriting and digital capabilities.This skilful Traffic person who has a good understanding of production management is needed to implement and streamline workflow processes and foster an ideal collaborative environment. You will oversee all capabilities within the main brand and its sub-brands.If you are comfortable in a high-performing marketing or advertising environment and are adept at optimising workloads while providing insights to enhance future efficiencies, this will be a dream job for you. RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:

• Industry relevant qualification
• 5-10 years of experience in traffic management or a similar capacity.
• Advertising agency/design studio experience - essential.
• Ability to balance demands and priorities.
• Strong communication skills, adaptable to different personalities and work styles.
• Proficiency in keeping up with evolving technologies and tools.
• Experience in managing complex projects in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
• Highly organised and detail oriented.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of creative processes and project management methodologies.
• Proactive in anticipating potential roadblocks and finding solutions.
• Collaborative approach, capable of working with diverse teams to achieve satisfactory project outcomes.
