Mid-Senior Multimedia Graphic Designer (CPT Hybrid) Media/Marketing/Sales ~ IT - Designer
Cape Town - Western Cape - South AfricaENVIRONMENT:BLEND Graphic Design & Multimedia elements to create engaging digital experiences as the next Mid-Senior Multimedia Graphic Designer sought by a forward-thinking Digital Agency. You will require at least 4+ years work experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of Typography, layout and branding principles. The ideal candidate will also have extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects and proficiency with Canva along with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality designs across multimedia platforms.DUTIES:

• Graphic Design Create compelling visuals for websites, digital campaigns, social media and other marketing materials.
• Branding & Identity Develop, maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital and print materials for clients.
• Multimedia Content Creation: Design motion graphics, animations and interactive content for web, social media and other digital platforms.
• Social Media Graphics: Create engaging social media graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Print Design: Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters and other marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Developers, Social Media Managers and Account Managers to bring creative concepts to life.
• Usability & Accessibility: Implement the best practices for user-centered design, accessibility and web standards.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines and ensure high-quality output.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ Years of experience in Multimedia and Graphic Design.
• Expertise in design collaboration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience designing for responsive and mobile-friendly websites.
• Ability to work on motion graphics and animations (After Effects or similar software is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Typography, layout and branding principles.
• Experience in Canva to create engaging social media graphics.
• Proficiency in print design using Adobe Creative Suite.
