PurposeAs a Graphic Designer at Carrol Boyes, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually stunning artwork that reflect the essence of our brand. You will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to create compelling designs for a variety of print and digital assets.Essential duties and responsibilities:Graphic Design: Conceptualize and design engaging and visually appealing marketing materials, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and email newsletters.Brand Identity: Maintain and uphold the brand's visual identity and standards across all design projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for marketing campaigns and initiatives, translating ideas into compelling visual designs.Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members into design iterations, refining and revising designs as needed to achieve the desired outcome.Industry Trends: Stay abreast of design trends, techniques, and best practices, incorporating new ideas and innovations into design work to keep our brand fresh and relevant.Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as familiarity with design principles, typography, and colour theory.Communication Skills: Effectively communicate ideas and concepts through visual design, as well as collaborate and communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.Requirements:
