We have an exciting in-office opportunity for a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to work on print campaigns for some iconic South African brands at a well-loved creative ad agency in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs.Ideally, you're proactive, motivated, and energetic Designer with a flair for innovative creativity. You'll be responsible for crafting eye-catching print campaigns, in-store layout design and in-store collateral, signage, and exhibition stand designs that captivate and inspire. With a keen eye for detail and a solid grasp of design fundamentals, you'll bring bold concepts to life across activations, promotions, and branding elements.We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, meets deadlines with precision, and understands the power of design in a commercial environment. • Conceptualise & execute design and branding elements for in-store, OOH, Activations, Promotions, Experiential, Print, and CRM
• Maintain the high visual standards
• Maintain technical knowledge and stay abreast of industry trends.

RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:

• Diploma/Degree/Visual Communications Qualification in Graphic Design
• 3 - 5 years Graphic Design experience
• Some store design/or exhibition stand design experience - advantageous
• Hands-on Adobe Creative Cloud experience
• Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, layout, typography, and web specifications
• Innovative, trend forward and creative
• Ability to coordinate and communicate and adhere to deadlines/schedules
• Bias towards accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation
• A reasonable understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
