Responsibilities:
Job Overview:
Ensure minimal downtime and smooth operation of the factory by performing a strict preventative maintenance on allocated equipment. Ensure that the factory equipment is setup correctly. Be hands on and make certain that autonomous maintenance issues are resolved timeously. Must be able to identify and prioritize multiple tasks.Analyze, respond, and resolve equipment malfunctions.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize production loss.
Follow protocols and interpret technical drawings for efficient work.
Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance in both mechanical, electrical and control (PLC) areas.
Safe work practices.
Quality, ensuring good quality products is produced.
Personal Ownership for Production Efficiencies.
Execute pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical repairs.
Install and commission machinery and equipment.
Qualifications: Must be qualified as a Trade Tested Millwright.
5 years of relevant experience within the manufacturing environment in the FMCG industry.
Bakery experience an advantage.
Must have PLC experience.
