Artisan Millwright ensures efficient and effective operation of electric works, quick and effective mechanical repairs

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

N3 or Grade 12 Trade Test: Millwright

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years of post-trade certificate experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs on plant equipment. Perform inspections and breakdown repairs on production machinery/equipment. Execute minor projects to improve facilities. Keep the work area clean and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. Manage time effectively to ensure efficient workflow.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES

Mechanical and Electrical inclined Problem-solving Crisis management

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES

Time management Self-starter, Hands-on Work and operate independently Ability to troubleshoot, remain calm and initiate effective solutions in crisis
