Qualified Millwright with Trade Certificate (via Section 13 or Section 28 of the Manpower Training Act).
At least 3 years of post-apprenticeship experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
Proficiency in maintaining mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, solution-driven, and results-oriented attitude.
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Knowledge of the OHS Act and safety conscious.
Valid driverxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s license.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs.
Source suppliers, obtain quotes, and order materials for maintenance.
Inspect equipment regularly and conduct preventative maintenance.
Analyze and implement solutions for equipment modifications.
Supervise contractors and train staff on maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with OHS Act, cGMP, FSSC22000, and company standards.
Report incidents and assist in investigations.
Complete job cards and documentation promptly.
