Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment within our facilities. This role requires a high level of mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role.
- Trade certification or relevant education in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
