Millwright Isando, Gauteng - R180 Per HourKey Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Analyze faults and solve problems across various fields. Take ownership of workshop, technical infrastructure, and company vehicle.
• Repairs: Rectify defective equipment efficiently, knowing when to innovate while following proper repair procedures.
• Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance plans, ensuring regular checks and documentation.
• Construction: Build and install various structures within the factory using diverse materials.
• Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and strive for continuous improvement.
• Administration: Maintain job logs, coordinate with external suppliers, and assist in stock management.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
• Food (Product) Safety: Adhere to food safety principles and standards.
• Self-Development: Stay updated on innovations and technical advancements relevant to the role.

• Secondary Education (Grade 12)
• Minimum N2 in millwright trade theory and trade tested
• 5 years'''' post-trade test experience
• Sound understanding of drawings, fault finding, and technical principles
• Proficiency in utilizing hand and power tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work decisively, ensuring safety and quality standards

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as needed
• General understanding of factory processes and related technologies
