How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?This incumbent will be accountable for maintaining all electrical and mechanical systems in the
plant as well as customers to ensure a safe and reliable operation , within the Air Liquide Filling
Facilities, On site units, Road tankers and Customer installations. The incumbent will maintain
all control systems programs and hardware in a reliable and acceptable condition and
communicate problems/irregularities with the manager. Ensure that maintenance is adhered to
as per CMMS guidelines and as per OHS Act requirements.Maintenance of cryogenic pumps at AL premises and customers.

xe2x97x8f Maintenance of onsite units at customer sites
xe2x97x8f General plant maintenance as per CMMS recommendations
xe2x97x8f New electrical installations and maintenance of existing electrical installations in Air
Liquide facilities, road tankers and customer installations.
xe2x97x8f Adherence to SANS 10142 and working knowledge of explosive environments.
xe2x97x8f Perform Maintenance and breakdown down work on road tankers, Onsite installations and Bulk Installation of an electrical, instrumentation and mechanical nature in Western & Eastern Cape
xe2x97x8f Preventative and corrective maintenance relating to control panels, pump motors and instrumentation such as temperature controls and pressure transducers on road tankers, as well as IM site electrical equipment
xe2x97x8f Fault Finding on various types of equipment xe2x80x93 especially pumps & Compressors.
xe2x97x8f Repairs to pumps at AL premises and customer installations, both local and out of town.
xe2x97x8f Perform installation work (electrical, instrumentation, mechanical) on projects as and when required.
xe2x97x8f Refurbishment of pumps and related equipment at the workshop, including management of the spare parts.
xe2x97x8f Repairs to road tanker fleet.
xe2x97x8f Communicating problems/ irregularities to the Coastal Maintenance manager
xe2x97x8f Working additional hours (overtime) and standby as required.
xe2x97x8f Recording information and record keeping as required (job cards, record books etc.).
xe2x97x8f Adhere to the QA Procedures as laid out in the Quality Policy of Air Liquide & ISO
9001:2000 as well as additional IMS requirements.
xe2x97x8f Control of spare parts required to perform all maintenance mentioned.
xe2x97x8f Safety walkabouts, BSVxe2x80x99s and Periodic plant walkthrough inspections
xe2x97x8f Adhere to food safety prerequisite programmes (PRPs), SOP's and the food safety
management system when maintaining and/or calibrating equipment and instruments.xe2x97x8f To implement Job Plans and ensure plant maintenance activities are carried out
xe2x97x8f Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned
xe2x97x8f Schedule and complete the xe2x80x9cPreventative Maintenance Program xe2x80x93 CMMSxe2x80x9d
xe2x97x8f Coordinate special projects as directed by the plant manager/ maintenance manager
and other responsibilities as determined
xe2x97x8f Coordinate and monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors
xe2x97x8f Monitor and maintain all equipment systems as assigned
xe2x97x8f As required by the plant manager or maintenance manager, you as the technician may be
required to perform work in other plants or to assist other departments when needed
xe2x97x8f Ensure compliance of safety standards in the plant by adhering to the QA Procedures as
laid out in the Quality Policy of Air Liquide & ISO 9001STD as well as additional IMS
requirements.
xe2x97x8f Procurement and spares management, spare parts and stock level control and planned
spare parts availability.
xe2x97x8f Manage the regulatory compliance inspections required.
xe2x97x8f IMS and EIS implementations, up-keep and monitoring on the CMMS system.Are you a MATCH?Educational requirements

xe2x97x8f Trade Tested MillwrightExperience
xe2x97x8f Qualified Millwright with strong mechanical background.
