Required Skills

• Trade Tested Millwrigh
• Minimum N4 or equivalent xe2x80x93 wire-manxe2x80x99s licence will be to your benefit;
• Must have a minimum of five (5) yearsxe2x80x99 experience post qualifying, in mechanical and electrical

maintenance preferably in a FMCG environment; * Successfully passed the Trade test and qualified as a Millwright is essential;

• Proven background and demonstrated techniques to facilitate PLC fault finding is essential;
• Prior working knowledge and experience in Pragma Maintenance System would count in your favour;
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, stand-by and overtime;
• Must be in possession of own transport and valid driverxe2x80x99s licence;
• Must be able to exhibit prior working knowledge, demonstrate practical methods and execute joint

problem solving and root cause analysis techniques with all levels of staff; * Proficient in operating a computer and above average skills in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel;

• Excellent administrative skills, communication ability and able keep all internal administrative

requirements up to date.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintenance of process plant and packing line
• Scheduled maintenance of production equipment and utilities;
• Energy optimisation;
• Maintenance of PLC systems;
• Perform Standby duties;
• Maintenance and fault finding on all electrical and mechanical equipment, boilers and cooling

systems; * Breakdown management and handling associated pressures;

• Carry out general preventative maintenance;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation (incl. compliance with HACCP and Health and Safety);
• Plant OEE improvement;
• Liaise with production staff;
• Be an active part of the engineering team with a positive outlook;
• Display enthusiasm and creativity by being a team player; and
• Show the passion and self-drive required for your work by being proud of your outputs.
