Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mine Manager to join their mining team in Limpopo. As the Mine Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mining operations in Limpopo, ensuring the safe and efficient extraction of minerals.Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate mining operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
- Oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Manage and allocate resources, including equipment and personnel, to meet production targets.
- Monitor and evaluate mining operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, financials, and other related matters.
- Grade 12
- Bachelor's degree/National diploma in Mining Engineering or a related field.
- Mine Manager's Certificate Of Competency
- Blasting Certificate for underground/scheduled mine.
- 5 years' experience as a Mine Manager within the mining industry.
- Valid Drivers' License
- Salary: Negotiable
- Paid Time-Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
