- National Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering
- Mine Managers Competency Certificate
- MBA/MBL/other leadership Certificate (recommended)
- Total 10 years of experience including:
- 7 Years of Mining Engineer / Mine Overseer
- 2 Years Supervisory / middle management experience
