MINING MANAGERLocation: Northern CapeRemuneration: R1.5m - R 1.9MClosing Date: 10 AugustKey Performance AreasTo plan, execute and manage the exploitation of ore at an operational site at the Mine which includes, but not limited to: Mining operations Continuous improvement and optimization Asset performance Contractor management Strategic leanership and influence Customer relationship management Budget management and cost control SHERQ adherenceRequirements

  • National Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering
  • Mine Managers Competency Certificate
  • MBA/MBL/other leadership Certificate (recommended)
  • Total 10 years of experience including:
  • 7 Years of Mining Engineer / Mine Overseer
  • 2 Years Supervisory / middle management experience
