- #National Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering
- #Mine Managers Competency Certificate
- #MBA/MBL/other leadership Certificate (recommended)
- Total 10 years of experience including:
- 8 Years of Mining Engineer / Mine Overseer
- 2 years supervisory / middle management experience
