Description:
Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Mining Superintendent to join their reputable mining company based in the Northern Cape. As a Mining Superintendent, you will oversee the mining operations, ensuring efficient production while adhering to safety and environmental standards.Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily mining activities and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement mining plans and strategies to achieve production targets.
  • Monitor and report on mining operations performance.
  • Lead and train mining team members to maintain high productivity levels.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering
  • Blasting Certificate for Opencast Mines.
  • Competent A Certificate
  • 5 years' experience in opencast mining.
  • Valid Drivers' License
