Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Mining Superintendent to join their reputable mining company based in the Northern Cape. As a Mining Superintendent, you will oversee the mining operations, ensuring efficient production while adhering to safety and environmental standards.Responsibilities:
- Manage daily mining activities and operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement mining plans and strategies to achieve production targets.
- Monitor and report on mining operations performance.
- Lead and train mining team members to maintain high productivity levels.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation.
- Grade 12
- Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering
- Blasting Certificate for Opencast Mines.
- Competent A Certificate
- 5 years' experience in opencast mining.
- Valid Drivers' License
- Salary: Negotiable
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
