Join our Global Technology Operations function as a Modern Workplace Operations Manager!This is an exciting opportunity where you'll manage and support a team of Modern Workplace Engineers at all levels, monitoring KPIs and SLAs to ensure the wider business are recieving quick but exceptional customer service.You'll collaborate with other management teams to effectively support the Cape Town Tech Hub and oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online. Your responsibilities will also include managing licensing and permissions within the M365 platform, supervising the deployment of new vendor patches, operating systems, and software releases, and designing and maintaining SharePoint environments for streamlined document management and collaboration. • Effectively manage a Modern Workplace team, managing KPIs and SLAs to ensure tickets are resolved quickly and efficiently
• Manage and report on all Acacium owned hardware, ensuring trackability and ownership is maintained throughout its life cycle
• Work with vendors to ensure printer hardware estate is effectively managed and printer usage is monitored
• Ensure we're utilising the latest features of Office 365 and available collaboration tools, ensure integration is achieved where possible with all O365 apps
• Work on technical projects/operational support tasks for management or sponsors
• Draft reports and make recommendations to managers and project sponsors

• Indepth experience in Microsoft 365 technologies; Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online
• Experience managing a team including 1:1s, performance reviews, KPIs etc
• Experience providing up to 3rd line support to users
• Excellent customer service skills
