Modular Rental and Sales Executive (JB4626)
Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
R20 000 - R25 000 basic per month plus Fuel Allowance and commission
PermanentYou will be responsible for driving growth in the modular building rental business.
You will tailor solutions for clients, foster repeat business, and actively seek new opportunities while maintaining client relationships.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, construction management, or a related field.
Demonstrated sales or rental experience in construction, real estate, or a related industry.
Expertise in negotiation and contract management.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Familiarity with the modular or portable buildings industry.
Technical comprehension of construction processes and building regulations.
Background in project management.
Valid drivers license and readiness to travel as required.Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new clients and industries for modular building solutions.
Promote and market the rental fleet through various channels.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information.
Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of modular buildings.
Customize solutions to meet client requirements, considering budget and timeline constraints.
Negotiate rental rates and contract terms to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the rental fleet is well-maintained and ready for deployment.
Manage logistics for delivery, installation, and dismantling of modular buildings at client sites.
Monitor rental fleet performance, including utilization rates and revenue generation.
Prepare and present reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for business growth.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and courteously.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and sister companies to identify growth opportunities and synergies.
