Design and Implementation: Create and manage effective M&E frameworks and tools to track programme performance and measure its impact.
Data Collection and Analysis: Supervise the gathering, validation, and interpretation of programme data to ensure its accuracy and trustworthiness.
Case Investigations: Oversee the handling of M&E cases that need further review and coordination with clients and implementation partners.
Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, including funders, partners, and leadership.
Capacity Building: Train and guide M&E staff and programme teams on best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Strategic Insights: Examine trends and results to support improvements in the programme and guide strategic planning.
Compliance: Ensure all M&E activities align with organizational policies, donor guidelines, and industry standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with programme, IT, and business development teams to ensure M&E activities are in line with programme objectives.
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
Degree or postgraduate qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Expertise in programme evaluation techniques, data analysis, and visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of South African youth employment programmes and their key performance indicators.
Skills and Attributes (Required):
