A large independent motor group is expanding their network into Gauteng, and they are looking to hire a dynamic and self-starting Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for digital and physical marketing for 6 dealerships with the potential for further growth.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote the motor dealerships' products and services.Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract potential customers and retain existing ones for 6 dealershipsAnalyse market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts.Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives.Manage the dealership's online presence and engage with customers on digital platforms.Coordinate advertising and promotional activities both online and offline.Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.Build relationships with suppliers, media, and advertising agencies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automotive marketing.Job RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.A valid Drivers LicenseAt least 4 years of Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentationExperience in managing social media channels and online advertising campaigns.Knowledge of automotive industry trends and customer preferences.Contactable referencesYou will need the following documents to apply.
