Their state-of-the-art facilities and commitment to quality make them a prominent player in the industry.Job Title: Mould-Changer / Maintenance Assistant: Currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Mould-Changer / Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in injection moulding and a strong understanding of the maintenance and changing of large moulds used in the manufacturing processes. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our production lines.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mould changes on injection moulding machines in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of moulds and related equipment.
• Ensure that all moulds are properly installed, aligned, and secured according to specifications.
• Monitor the performance of injection moulding machines and identify any potential issues.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on moulds and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of mould changes, maintenance activities, and machine performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and ensure optimal productivity.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide support to other maintenance activities as needed.

• Experience in injection moulding, particularly with large moulds.
• Technical knowledge of injection moulding machines and equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation.
