DescriptionJob Responsibilities:SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY:

• Comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox)

CUSTOMERS:

• Key Customers: Projects, Maintenance & Production

BUSINESS PROCESSES:Technical Drawings:

• Provide and maintain two-dimensional CAD drawings for Mineral Resources
• Convert Geological information into a CAD format
• Develop and update Mineral Rights drawings
• Maintain the drawing and filing system
• Update DMR plans according to the requirements in Chapter 17 of the Mine Health and Safety Act,1996(Act no. 29 of 1996)

Administration:

• Conduct Drawing Office administration
• Conduct Mineral Resources general administration
• Control drawing updates and version control
• Maintain stationery and office supply stock levels
• Scan Mineral Resources reports

SHAREHOLDER VALUE:Financial Control:

• Process Mineral Resources invoices.

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12/ N3
• Higher Certificate (NQF 5) or National Diploma (NQF 6) in Mining Survey Draughting or related qualification
• COM Mine Survey Draughting Certificate
• Advanced Certificate in Mineral Resource Management and Certificate in Elementary Mine Survey (MRM) would be advantageous
• Relevant experience, preferably 2 years supervisory experience
