Role At a Glance
Our American-based client is seeking highly experienced Client Relations Consultants to join their services team. As part of this team, you will be focusing on an all-American client base in the customer service and customer success sectors. This role is an in office role. The role will be office-based in Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3pm-11pm daylight savings dependent).

Main Tasks
Inbound Calls
Outbound Calls
Liasing with clintele
Maintaining client relationships

Candidate Requirements
5 Years relative experience (Inbound and/or Outbound)
Cold calling experience
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to write clear and detailed reports
High attention to detail
