Create better modes of operations to make customer service easier for both your team members and customers
Give detailed statistical feedback on performance of team members to the management for staff evaluation and reward purposes
Telephone call answering and responding to emails/online chat in a professional and courteous manner, reflecting the company brand ethos
Represent the brand. As the voice of the company, you’ll always provide an engaging, positive, vibrant, and extraordinary customer experience.
Observe performance of team members to identify their strengths and weaknesses, work on mitigating those weaknesses and amplifying their strengths
Serve as the middleman between the organization and the customer service team members to ensure smooth communication and settling of grievances that may arise in the course of work

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Mathematics
Minimum of 2 years’ working experience as Customer Aftercare Agent or similar position.
Graduate
Preferred Skills
Ability to follow procedures and regulations
Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation
Fluent in English
Delivery of high service level to customers
Experience working under pressure and to targets
Showcase good leadership skills
Ability to multitask
Must be results oriented
