Roles and Responsibilities
The eligible candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all procedures, and service quality standards are monitored and maintained for the company. This includes but is not limited to:
· Reviewing call recordings of various departments.
· Scoring call quality using pre-defined scoring metrics
· Reviewing emails and internal system messages sent from various departments to ensure proper procedures and protocols are being followed
· Reporting on the above findings to the appropriate supervisors and or managers for each department
Minimum Requirements
· Matric with Pure Math’s, English as a home language
· Strong Command of Oral and Written English
· Fine attention detail
· Good communication skills
· Excellent Computer Skills

· Salary: Market Related and commensurate with applicants past work experience and skill level
· Position: Full time / Permanent
· Position Location: Houghton, Johannesburg Gauteng
