This is a desk-based role located in our Johannesburg Office. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative global team working to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations. Full comprehensive training will be provided.
As a Telecoms Administrator your role will include:
Order Processing using our in-house CRM.
Processing contract forms for signature
Logging out services and products via our in-house stock system
General admin & Receptionist duties
RMA Processing Router ordering
Project administration assistance
Billing queries with Vendors
Required Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills.
An excellent phone manner.
A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
Previous experience within an administration role required
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum NQF Level 6
