A position has recently become available for a Multi-Skilled AssessorA vacancy has become available for a Multi Skilled Assessor within the North-West Province. As the OUTsurance Claims Assessor (Multi-skilled) you will be responsible for assessing, validating and finalising personal lines and business claims.Minimum Requirements.

• Applicant should reside in the North-West Province

Experience:

• Investigation/Assessing experience, especially in a short-term insurance industry
• Client service experience.
• Applicant must be able to speak and understand Tswana & Afrikaans.

Responsibilities:

• Validate all incidents and claims
• Meeting with clients, witnesses, SAPS and all other law enforcement officials, towing operators etc.
• Finalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning, photographs etc.)
• Liaise with service providers
• Make the decision, all administration and telephonic queries arising around that.
• Handling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clients.
• Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.
• Be able to draft reports when the need arises.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential.
• Any qualification in Investigations and/or Law will be an added advantage.
• Valid Drivers licence
• FAIS Accreditation or a FAIS recognized qualification will be highly beneficial.
