The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, multimedia production, and digital content creation, and will be responsible for the execution and delivery of digital campaigns across two high-instancy accounts. This role involves working closely with our marketing, product development, and social media teams to create engaging and visually appealing content across various platforms.Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation:o Develop high-quality multimedia content including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive media for various platforms (websites, social media, advertisements, etc.). o Design visually compelling materials for marketing campaigns, presentations, and product promotions.o Conceptualize, create, and roll out high-quality multimedia design campaigns for social media and digital platforms, with an emphasis on 2D animation and digital best practices.2. Project Management:o Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.3. Brand Consistency:o Ensure all multimedia content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all media.o Update and refine brand assets as needed.4. Technical Execution:o Utilize graphic design software, video editing tools, and animation software to produce and edit multimedia content.o Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.5. User Experience:o Design user-friendly interfaces and interactive media that enhance user experience. o Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve multimedia content.6. Innovation and Creativity:o Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to multimedia design projects.o Experiment with new techniques and creative processes to keep content engaging and cutting-edge.7. Specific Responsibilities:o Design social media and digitally-led creative, utilizing animation and digital design best practices.o Output files in the correct format, and size (data and dimensions) with visual accuracy.o Execute briefs with an understanding of corporate identities and brand specifications.o Set up files and artboards clearly and methodically.o Identify and flag any potential issues that may arise during the process.o Create presentation decks and toolkits (in PowerPoint) to capture work.o Capture time against completed briefs on project management software such as Chase.Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a multimedia designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia design projects. Desired Skills
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Ability to create both static and dynamic content (e.g., graphics, animations, videos).
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey complex ideas through visuals.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Advantageous Skills
  • Basic audio editing using Adobe Audition.
  • Understanding of print and print production processes.
  • Previous experience in an advertising agency.
  • Pharmaceutical experience.
  • Experience with Figma, Flexitive, Adobe (AEM), Canvas, and Factory Connect.
Experience
  • 4 years of digital design experience.
  • Tertiary Graphic, Art, Advertising, or Design qualification (a strong advantage).
  • Proven experience in social and digital design on large-scale multinational brands, lifestyle brands, or FMCG brands. Job Skills
  • Mac literate.
  • Well-versed in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat).
  • Interpersonal skills.

  • Well-versed in all major social media platforms and changing trends.
  • Agility to switch between multiple brands.

  • Create and edit promotional videos and animations for product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Design graphics and visuals for social media posts, ensuring they are optimized for different platforms.
  • Develop interactive media such as infographics, e-learning modules, and web-based presentations.
  • Produce and update visual content for the companys website and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for campaigns.
  • Assist in the production of print materials such as brochures, posters, and packaging. Reporting and Collaboration
  • Report to the Creative Director, Creative lead, and Client Lead.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and social media teams to align multimedia content with overall strategy.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and gather feedback. Evaluation Metrics
  • Quality and creativity of multimedia content produced.
  • Timeliness and efficiency in completing projects.
  • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
  • Feedback from team members and project stakeholders.
