Assist the Technical manager in the back-office administration of audits, ensure audits are received in time, managed via tracking system, peer reviewed, record keeping of work done and outcomes, reports and certificates are issued after payment. Assist coordinators with data or reasonable assistance, as and when required and answering of queries regarding audits.
Some responsibilities may include:
Coordinate provision of reports and other material to clients.
Functional / process leadership.
Open communication and assistance to all Maintain an open communication with all other departments with the company and clients (internal and external).
Provision of reports if clients complied with NOSA/NAIS financial requirements.
Quality of service and products.
Prioritize and time management (personal).
Create confidence in the NOSA/NAIS brand and capabilities.
Updating of audit list and accuracy.
Adequate material to ensure constant flow of reports and other material to clients.
Weekly verification of status and reporting.
NOSA/NAIS Banquets/Awards.
Daily client queries - telephonic and email.
Matric (Grade 12) essential.
At least 1 year of experience in auditing, scheduling, and audit management.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong English communication skills (reading and writing).
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively.
Competent in interpreting and managing large volumes of data/information.
Understanding of OHS/HSE principles, NOSA systems, legal compliance requirements, and NOSA/NAIS audit methodologies will be advantageous.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High attention to detail.
Capable of working under pressure.
Strong conflict management and client relationship skills.
