This is an exciting opportunity to join Takeda and drive commercial and strategic initiatives within Takedaxe2x80x99s Haemophilia portfolio in both Private & Public sectors.As a National Commercial Market & Access Managerxe2x80x8b the roles and responsibilities include:Collaborate closely with all partners directly touching the Haemophilia patient journey, gaining a deeper understanding of patient and Health Care Professional (HCP) needs and co-creating meaningful solutions for maximum impact.The role would be responsible for developing, implementing and delivering on the brand strategy & value proposition of Takedaxe2x80x99s innovative life-changing treatments to relevant stakeholders in both the private and public sector in a credible manner.Establish and advance Takeda as a partner of the RSA government at all relevant levels, including the National Department of Health, through effective management of external relationships and fostering partnerships in the Haemophilia therapeutic area to improve access & funding for Takedaxe2x80x99s Haemophilia portfolioGeneral funding responsibility for the designated portfolio in both Private & Public sectors.Strategic management & implementation of all aspects related to the availability, marketing, and access (funding and pricing) of Takedaxe2x80x99s Haemophilia productsMarket Access responsibility for select Rare Diseases xe2x80x93 both private & public sectorsThe key requirements for this role are;Degree educated in a Science based subject5+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Pharma/Biotech company with a strong scientific and patient centric approach2+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in marketing & market access related rolesExperience in operational tender management in the public sector is preferredProven record of implementing innovative access programs to broaden market scopeFull and valid driversxe2x80x99 license and own vehicle to use for businessAbility to travel locally within country, international travel may be requiredTo be successful in this role you will have:Demonstrable learning agilityDemonstrable experience in creation and implementation of improving patients access and Understanding of the key drivers to satisfy customer needs using digital and non-digital platforms.Marketing acumen - translation of the patient journey, prioritizing patient needs and solutions to improve outcomesPatient-centricity- willingness to go the extra mileWe create a diverse, inclusive, safe, open and collaborative working environment in which employees can contribute, perform and grow as individuals.
