Outbound Sales Agent Vacancy:
 
Are you looking for an opportunity to build your cold calling techniques and further your professional development in sales? National Debt Advisors offers Call Center Agents a competitive basic salary and sales commission structure! The ideal candidate for our lead generation vacancy would be a motivated individual with call center cold calling sales experience and a strong track record of meeting sales targets! Enjoyment of teamwork is imperative as Sales Agents are managed in teams by their respective Sales Team Leaders. Candidates capable of working independently and with initiative are preferred. Your role will entail cold calling over-indebted prospective clients to generate warm leads and sell our Debt Review services for the growth of the business.

The Outbound Sales Agent vacancy is a full-time sales position offers a basic salary of R5K per month with an uncapped sales commission structure with earnings up to +R35K!
 
Basic Requirements:
 
• Candidates must have Matric
• Candidates must have a clear ITC and criminal record
• Candidates must have a minimum of six months’ outbound call center sales experience 
• Candidates must have good, contactable referees
 
Desired Qualities:
 
• Outgoing, friendly, confident, and driven personality to persuade prospective clients and meet set sales targets
• Strong communication, interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
• Debt Review experience is advantageous
• Computer literate with a working knowledge of call center systems and operational regulations
