Golden Egg Energy, an affiliate of National Debt Advisors, is a UK-based energy comparison company that assists UK clients to effortlessly switch their UK energy providers and save money annually. Working closely with energy providers, Golden Egg Energy compares all UK suppliers’ internet, standard, and fixed tariffs to optimise clients’ energy budgets. Through better energy management and comparison rates, Golden Egg Energy clients get the most out of their gas and electricity budgets.
Golden Egg Energy is looking for a charismatic, energetic, and target-driven Sales Team Leader. The Sales Team Leader is responsible for the daily supervision, management, and encouragement of a team of Outbound Sales Agents. The successful Team Leader will be responsible for driving and optimising sales performance by providing effective sales coaching, motivating agents, and developing and maintaining accountability. Previous experience in managing a sales team in a UK-based gas and electricity campaign is essential.
This is a full-time, shift-based position.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have Matric
• Candidates must have a clear criminal record
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ Team Leader experience in an outbound call center environment
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ Team Leader experience working on a UK- based sales campaign
• Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, speak fluent English, and have a neutral accent
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Convincing negotiation and persuasion skills
Responsibilities:
• Developing, managing, and leading a team of Sales Agents
• Optimizing sales and conversions
• Delivering success against KPI targets through dedicated and continuous team management
• Establishing an encouraging learning environment that encourages Sales Agents
• Daily coaching, mentoring, and objections management
• Overseeing agent compliance in line with best industry practice
• Strategizing and implementing sales strategies to increase client pipeline
• HR administration and performance management
• Organizing and conducting team meetings
• Data and lead management

Salary: R15000 – R20000, with uncapped commission
