- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma or qualification in Sales Management an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years proven Sales/Management experience in the direct selling Industry
- Drivers License and Own Transport
- Generate new & additional business
- Grow the national customer base
- Managing & analysing the national customer base
- Analysing price decreases & suspended business on the national customer base
- Build professional relationships with the Regional Executives, General Managers & Sales Consultants
- Communicating annual price increases
- Achieve set objectives, goals & targets
- Handle all sales-related tickets
- Build professional relationships with the existing national accounts and visit national customer base at least once per month
- Ensure all installations are fully completed
- Ensure national accounts administration procedures are updated and loaded on B.I.
- Complete weekly call sheets
- Update price lists
- Update schedules
- Handle and resolve all queries from the national customer base
- Plan monthly & weekly activities
- Liaise with customers per telephone
- Re-signing & upgrading customers
- Working towards annual incentives
- Quoting & closing off of sales
- Completing all sales administration paperwork accurately
