- Matric, Relevant Degree or Equivalent qualification in Sales
- Industry chemical manufacturing
- Sales and Marketing in chemical /manufacturing experience
- Minimum 8-10 yrs of experience
- Drivers License
- Import/Export Experience / knowledge
- To lead the Sales and Marketing activities for chemical manufacturing Business
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through development and maintenance of relationship with existing & new customers.
- To ensure that the Sales Targets are met in line with the Annual Budget for the business.
- To ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence
- Ensuring successful launch of new products
- Inventory Reduction
- Receivables and Overdue Management
- Identification of Growth Drivers
- Profitability Projections for Exports
- Managing market dynamics through effective dealer network
- Capability Development of Team & Processes
