- Previous safety training sales experience
- Understand how to drive and manage a sales team.
- Previous experience leading and managing a diverse sales team across multiple regions
- Success in securing diverse business by implementing tailored sales strategies
- Conduct effective contract negotiations.
- Oversee national sales team performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Must be able and willing to travel
