As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales activities across the country. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve national sales targets
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Negotiate and close deals with key customers
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular sales reports for management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the Packaging Industry
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the packaging industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as required
