Applicant must have sufficient sales/sales management experience, including managing a sales team.
Grade 12.
Bachelors degree/equivalent to an NQF Level 7 (specialist, management or technical). - preferred
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
Valid drivers license.
The job requires handling money and authorisation to dispense and deposit company funds and is subject to fraud and credit checks.
Responsibilities:
Plans for and implements actions required to achieve and exceed the budgeted revenue targets of the company whilst controlling the cost of sales expenses.
Build new relationships and monitor the health of existing ones to ensure the company maximises the benefits of these relationships.
Deploying effective sales methods, procedures and processes to ensure the successful and sustainable development of the business and utilising an innovative approach to enhance these methods when required.
Fulfills all required human resource functions and assumed responsibility for personal development.
Verbal/written warnings are required when necessary
The job involves working long hours per the applicable legislation, as the sales function requires.
You will need to perform duties outside of regular business hours if you need to.
You will be required to travel for sales business trips.
