Job Summary Requirement:

  • Applicant must have sufficient sales/sales management experience, including managing a sales team.
  • Grade 12.
  • Bachelors degree/equivalent to an NQF Level 7 (specialist, management or technical). - preferred
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • The job requires handling money and authorisation to dispense and deposit company funds and is subject to fraud and credit checks.
Responsibilities:
  • Plans for and implements actions required to achieve and exceed the budgeted revenue targets of the company whilst controlling the cost of sales expenses.
  • Build new relationships and monitor the health of existing ones to ensure the company maximises the benefits of these relationships.
  • Deploying effective sales methods, procedures and processes to ensure the successful and sustainable development of the business and utilising an innovative approach to enhance these methods when required.
  • Fulfills all required human resource functions and assumed responsibility for personal development.
  • Verbal/written warnings are required when necessary
  • The job involves working long hours per the applicable legislation, as the sales function requires.
  • You will need to perform duties outside of regular business hours if you need to.
  • You will be required to travel for sales business trips.
