Role Description
To contribute in the process of refining and enhancing, on an ongoing basis, the current and future sales and marketing strategy. Manage and support a high-performance team who deliver and execute the companys sales, marketing, brand and communications (both internal and external) functions.Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage strategic initiatives to ensure that annual growth targets are met and ideally exceeded to increase the companys market share
  • Investigate and identify areas of expansion for solution sales
  • Planning, developing and implementing an effective marketing, brand and communication strategy and the subsequent campaigns.
  • Manage the quality and standards of copy and branding for all marketing collateral, bids and proposal documents, presentations, external and internal communications in all media formats including brochures, letters, emails, websites and social media.
  • Ensure brand and communication activity is developed and managed with the audience in mind and the Companys values, strategic objectives and customer relationship strategy.
  • Take ownership and maintain of the companys corporate identity manual and ensure that it is directives and guidelines always adhered by the company and its representatives.
  • Supporting the Sales and Marketing team and group EXCO with all their desktop publishing requirements including but not limited to customer proposals and presentations.
  • Management of the brand and communications budget to ensure that it is implemented on the appropriate initiatives and within its parameters.
  • Assist with marketing elements and communications of change management endeavours
  • Budget management in conjunction with CSMO
  • Strategy sessions and compilation and updating of corporate strategy plan in conjunction with the CEO
  • Represents Bidvest Facilities Management at trade shows and association meetings to promote products and services
  • Provide a comprehensive sales and marketing report on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • From time to time, you may be called upon to perform duties as and when required that may not be covered with this job specification.
Qualification
  • Matric (Senior Certificate)
  • Bachelors Degree/National Diploma in Sales/Business Development/Marketing
  • Valid Drivers License
Experience
  • Min 8-10 Years Solid Experience In Business Development, Market Trends & Best Practices Within The Marketing/Sales Environment.
  • Strong Sales & Marketing Knowledge (Ideally in the Services Industry), Negotiations Skills, Project Management, Commercial Acumen
  • MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook (advanced skill level).
