Position: National Sales Representative

Salary Range: R30 000 xe2x80x93 R50 000 per monthJob SummaryThis role is for a National Sales Representative with a strong focus on data-driven sales and marketing. The candidate will manage the complete sales cyclexe2x80x94from cold calling to after-sales supportxe2x80x94using robust data analysis to inform strategy and decision-making. Extensive travel is required, with approximately 13 weeks per year spent across South Africa to engage with regional markets and drive growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Promotion:

• Actively promote and increase sales of the product range to targeted professionals.
• Develop and execute strategies for both branch-level and national sales initiatives.

Strategic Planning:

• Draft policies, set targets, and create strategic plans to guide sales efforts.
• Anticipate market trends and provide direction based on regional variations and emerging opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Compile detailed reports and statistics on regional performance.
• Analyze market changes, new entrants, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.

Digital & Direct Marketing:

• Utilize multimedia platforms including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and online conferencing tools.
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, road shows, and promotional events.

Operational Support:

• Represent the organization professionally during all customer interactions.
• Take care of company assets, managing them responsibly.

Travel:

• Be prepared to travel and spend extended periods away from home as required.

Key Skills and QualificationsEducation:

• A qualification in Sales and Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within a similar industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and implement successful sales strategies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
• Familiarity with multimedia platforms and social media tools for business promotion.

Driverxe2x80x99s License:

• Possession of a valid driverxe2x80x99s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.

Communication:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and smartly on all platforms.
