Job Summary Qual Chef/ND Food & Nutr/Ind Catering ;MS Office; 3-5 Yrs exp Food Services/Baking/sales of premixes/food ingredients to Chefs at QSR/hotels/ restaurants/ ind catering/hostels/casinos. Must present/demonstrate features/ benefits/ sales of/training of Food Service kitchen staff/Chefs/Store/Unit Managers of existing/ prospective clients in the national accounts channel on existing/new ambient/chilled/frozen non-dairy toppings/ bakery/food ingredients/intermediate products nationwide/maintain existing customer database. Actively investigate/seek new customer opportunities/bake/deliver samples when necessary/build strong relationships with customers/participate in/implement sales strategies/help customers to build their businesses/continuously check on the quality of their products/be a champion for the customer/listen to their needs/communicate it to mngt. Support National Accounts Team at customer level with product presentations/product development/training according to directions to maximise sales/strategic achievements/sales budgets/regularly call on customers using existing call cycle/ update the call cycle regularly. Assist at Distributor level with stock mngt/delivery schedule/create/analyse monthly distributor participation reports/deliver a plan to recover lost sales monthly.
