Position Summary
As the National Trade Manager for machines, you will be responsible for driving business results and brand visibility by building and managing relationships and closing deals with on- and offline trade and machine partners. You will play a crucial role in executing the commercial trade strategy, leading negotiations, and ensuring flawless implementation of plans. Additionally, you will drive new partnerships to support the evolution and expansion of our business model.

Contribute to and execute the commercial trade strategy in line with strategic priorities
Lead negotiations of trade key account arrangements
Analyze the market, its developments, and future trends
Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with global strategic priorities
Develop sales strategies with trade partners for machine listing and activity execution
Execute the B2C sales strategy in collaboration with the field structure
Set annual targets and develop detailed business and operational plans for key accounts
Coordinate promotional activities with trade partners and other internal functions
Drive sales growth, profitability growth, and category management initiatives
Implement the online trade strategy and coordinate eContent implementation with online partners
Drive the organization's business results, make tactical and operational decisions, and collaborate with other departments for improvements and efficiencies
Attract and retain talent, develop employee effectiveness, and foster a positive working environment
