Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and service providers to ensure service level requirements are met
Conduct regular reviews and revisions of processes and procedures, and technical documentation templates
Conduct regular research on the latest trends, services and, technologies in the market that can be integrated into the teams portfolio of products and services
Maintain all network solutions documentation for customers
Produce Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Perform both scheduled and unscheduled changes on request through the defined change management procedures
Carry out pro-active measures such as:
Routine system health checks
Routine patches and software updates
Remedial actions for identified network security vulnerabilities
