Strategic Network Expansion Administrator

. This role is central to the growth and sustainability of our provider network, ensuring that all onboarding, compliance, and stakeholder engagement processes are efficiently and professionally managed.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of administrative competence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across departments. The role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to Workability's strategic objectives and to play a key role in supporting value-based healthcare delivery through robust network development.

Key Responsibilities



Administer the onboarding process of new practices, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with organisational standards. Conduct and coordinate orientation meetings to ensure new practices are well-integrated into the network. Conduct credit checks, and vet documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and financial reliability. Register newly contracted practices with relevant funders and maintain up-to-date records of registration status. Coordinate strategic target-setting and marketing meetings to align new practices with Workability's growth objectives. Manage the deactivation of user profiles and access rights where applicable. Assist with the preparation of presentations and the publication of social media updates to support communication and public engagement. Provide administrative support for the integration of new staff or additional practice branches. Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding changes within the network. Ensure the timely renewal and updating of Malpractice and HPCSA certificates in line with regulatory requirements.

Core Accountabilities



Facilitate the seamless integration of new practices into the network, ensuring all compliance and operational procedures are met. Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders regarding network changes and practice statuses. Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is appropriately processed and filed. Support the strategic aims of the division by contributing to effective network expansion processes and communications.

Candidate Requirements



Demonstrated experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably within healthcare or service delivery environments. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based administrative platforms.
