The Junior Network Specialist Intern will gain hands-on experience in networking, IT operations and infrastructure.
The intern will assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing network performance while working alongside experienced professionals.
Minimum Requirements
1. Minimum Qualifications
Completed a diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications like
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
orCompTIA Network+
(Advantageous)
2. Minimum Experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Network Function Operations: Network maintenance and optimization.
First line support for IT related incidents
Assist in monitoring, and maintaining network devices (routers, switches, access points).
Support troubleshooting network connectivity issues for users and devices.
Help with network performance monitoring and reporting.
Assist in managing and optimizing wireless network coverage and performance.
