PurposeGenerate leads and identify opportunities for new business through research and within the company strategy. Develop a comprehensive approach to acquiring customers and reassessment of current customer database for opportunities. Provide support to increase customer loyalty and convert potential customers to loyal returning customers. Developing and maintaining sales reports for planning future sales and marketing campaigns by updating and recording customer information.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and Reporting: Present forecasts to the manager identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new trends and competitor status. Compiling and submitting weekly and monthly reports to management.New Business: Proactively increasing turnover through own existing client base as well as securing profitable new business. Find prospective customers and new target segments, screening of potential customers prior to contact.Business development and onboarding: Responsible for business development, increase market share by acquiring new clients and/or selling new business solutions to existing clients. Onboarding of customers through business development and support uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solution.Sales and admin support: Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify areas where the company can increase its efforts. Keep sales team informed to enable team act proactively on the information at its disposal to provide seamless service to customers and achieve sales targets. Assisting sales team with general support where needed.Education & Experience
